This policy explains what information D2R TV collects on www.watchd2rtv.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Your TV Bill Check answers: what you pay for TV and streaming, what you watch, your sports, your current provider, how many TVs/devices you have, whether you want setup help, and, if you choose, your internet provider and approximate internet bill.
Your contact details: first name, mobile number, email address and ZIP code.
Your text and email choices: whether you ticked the separate boxes to receive texts and/or emails about your TV Bill Check. Both start unticked.
How you found us: campaign details in the link you used (such as utm_source), the referring website and the page you landed on.
Saved on your device
To let you pick up where you left off, your quiz answers (not your contact details) are saved in your browser for up to 24 hours and removed once you submit or tap Start over. Campaign details from your link are remembered in your browser for up to 30 days.
How we use it
To respond to your TV Bill Check, show your TV Match, and follow up about TV, streaming and internet options you asked about. When you submit, D2R TV receives an internal notification with your answers so we can respond.
We only text you if you ticked the text box, and only email you about your TV Match if you ticked the email box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
When you continue to checkout
“View packages & pricing” takes you to our TV provider's package selection and secure checkout, run by DirectConnect. Information you enter there is handled under DirectConnect's own terms and privacy practices, not this policy.
Analytics
We record basic funnel steps (for example, starting the quiz or tapping through to checkout) to improve the site. If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they may use cookies or similar technology, and we will update this policy when that happens.
Your choices
To ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us below. You can clear saved quiz answers any time by tapping Start over or clearing your browser data.
